Our Purpose
Our Purpose is to Glorify God with Biblical Worship and Service, Gather worshipers in to the Body of Christ, and Nurture them to Christ-like Maturity.
Leadership Team
Leadership in a church is a team affair. God has gifted and equipped leaders to serve in the church accomplishing work He prepared in advance for us to do! We are congregational in our church organizational structure, yet we are greatly influenced by Ken Easom’s work and work hard at being a “Permission Giving Network” style church. We are complementarian in our understanding of the role of Pastor/Elder, yet women play vital roles in leadership as well as prophetically encouraging and comforting the church! The ongoing development of men and women into the leaders God is calling them to be is vital to reaching the vision God has for us. What follows is not an exhaustive list of our leaders but some of the head leaders in some of the main ministry categories.

Elder Dwayne Estep
(Leader of Enliven prayer ministry + )
My name is Dwayne Estep. I was born in Bremerton Washington and grew up around the Puget Sound area. I was drawn to God at an early age and I gave my heart to the Lord when I was 11 years old. I graduated from Shelton High School in 1979. Soon after, I fulfilled a lifelong dream and became a private pilot in 1980. I then went to Bible College near Boise Idaho and received an Associate in Divinity in 1983. I also met my future wife Shauna while attending church there and we were married in 1986. I served as a Lay Pastor for 3½ years in a small church in Port Orchard. After serving as pastor, I moved to this congregation and I have served in church leadership in various roles including church board, youth leader/teacher, worship pastor, and men’s group leader. I have worked as a foreman in the commercial plumbing/pipefitting industry for 28 years. I am now working an AutoCAD detailer for the same company. I have three daughters, two of whom are married and I have four grandchildren. My other interests are playing drums in our worship team, cool cars of all types and I have recently taken up a new hobby building cedar strip boats.
Elder Glen Erhrardt

His vision is for encouragement and renewal here on the Key Peninsula and he believes the PPM can play a vital role in this vision. Glen, his wife Debbie, Nicholas and Emily have been residents in Longbranch, WA since 1995.
Elder Francis Skrzysinski
Deacon Jordan Henderson
(Worship Pastor)
My name is Jordan Henderson and I have been the worship pastor here at Wellspring Fellowship since 2011. I moved to the area with my parents (Chris and Susan) in 2000. Music has always been a big part of my life. My parents looked at playing the piano as a subject in school so when I was six I started piano lessons and continued them through college. I also played in wind ensembles throughout my schooling (playing the baritone) and sang lead tenor in an opera at Olympic College. I started playing piano for worship in church when I was 13. In High school I learned the guitar and started playing for church. When I finished high school I went to Olympic college to focus on music and elementary education. From there I attended Northwest University earning my BA in Elementary Education. While at Northwest I met my wife and we were married in August of 2013. We currently live in Gig Harbor where I teach 5th grade at Evergreen Elementary.
